Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information PersonaProxy AI ("the Service"), operated by syint999@gmail.com("we", "us"), collects and how we use it.

1. Information we collect

Account information: your email address and authentication data, handled via our authentication provider, Supabase.
Training content: the writing samples, pasted text, uploaded files, and profile links you submit so your digital twin can learn your voice.
Platform connection data: the platforms you connect (currently via manual profile links; OAuth-based connections, if enabled, would additionally involve tokens issued by that platform).
Usage data: drafts you generate, approve, or discard, and basic engagement/sentiment metadata derived from that activity.
Billing data: your subscription plan and status. Payment card details are collected and stored directly by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use your information

To operate the Service: training your digital twin and generating draft replies/engagement content in your voice;
To process payments and manage your subscription, trial, and billing history;
To maintain account security and prevent abuse;
To communicate with you about your account, billing, or changes to the Service.

3. AI processing

Draft generation is performed using Anthropic's Claude models. Your training content and the comment or context you provide are sent to Anthropic solely to generate the draft you requested; they are not used by us to train our own models, and any use by Anthropic is governed by its own data-handling terms for API customers.

4. Third-party processors

We share data with the following processors, each solely to provide the Service:

Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage;
Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing;
Anthropic — AI draft generation;
Vercel — application hosting.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain your account and training content for as long as your account is active. If you delete training sources or close your account, associated content is removed from active storage; some billing records may be retained longer where required for tax or accounting purposes.

6. Your rights

You can access, edit, or delete your training sources at any time from your dashboard. To request a copy of your data or full account deletion, contact us at syint999@gmail.com.

7. Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections, row-level access controls on our database, and restricted, least-privilege API credentials for third-party services. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We'll update the effective date above when we do.
